Vicki Mignot is a certified powerlifting coach and personal trainer that understands the importance of strength training. As a team sport athlete and a runner of distances from 5K to 50K spending time in the weight room is necessary to remain injury free and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. This is especially important as we get older. Vicki enjoys helping others set goals and then celebrating their achievements with them. Vicki played volleyball through two years of college and for the past 16 years has coached youth club volleyball. She hopes to inspire young girls to grow into strong women.
